2. Accounts and Subscriptions
- Free Tier: You can use the core features of Eveninggg for free.
- Premium Features: Certain features (such as advanced streak tracking and badges) may require a Premium subscription. These are processed securely via the App Store or Google Play.
- Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and intellectual property within the App (including logos, achievement badges, and software code) are owned by Eveninggg. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our explicit permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Eveninggg is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a reliable service to help you build habits, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eveninggg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
